Bah to blocked ducts!

Ever since the boy went from constant nursing at 12-15 times a day for 20-30 minutes each time, to 7-9 times a day for 14-20 minutes, I have suffered from blocked ducts twice! The first time it was on the right side, lower left quadrant and this time it is on the left side, upper left quadrant. He's sleeping longer in between night feedings and also has longer intervals during the day feedings that's definitely causing my ducts to get blocked. Both times I had a fever as well and the second time the fever even shot up to 39 degrees celsius with me having chills and feeling achy which leads me to guess I prolly had mastitis instead of only blocked ducts. Luckily the fever, chills and achy feeling are all gone today but I still have a blocked duct. Oh well, I hope I won't get anymore blocked ducts as my milk supply adjusts to the boy's new nursing schedule.
